Every staff member we have met has been friendly, caring, and professional. The Emergency Room was well- organized and efficient. Everywhere we have been in the hospital has been clean and tidy. Food is nicely prepared and tasty. All the care received has been excellent. Great care and great people!
Admitted for a total right knee replacement . I received excellent care and would recommend your hospital highly The nurses and all who had me as their patient were kind and so helpful . All the staff couldn't do enough to help me with my care. and were so kind. Thanks to all of you and I am doing well . I know if I ever had to be in the hospital again this would be my 1st choice.
When you have family members staying in the hospital with multiple problems that depend on YOUR care, Doctors ESPECIALLY, and nurses need to respect your patients and show them kindness and tender loving care. With that being said it does not matter what walk of life they come from, your JOB is to care for these people of your community. I'm disgusted. When I finally fill my nursing shoes, I vow to never be like some of these nurses and Dr's here. Review the charts, medical history, listen to your patients and act like you HAVE a heart. Your job isn't to judge, make fun of(like children), condemn etc. your job is to listen and treat. It's truly that simple. Keep your mouths shut and your opinions to yourself. No one is untouchable.
I, Nancy A. Beers, was a patient at your hospital from Aug. 23 to Aug 28th.
I don't have any problems with the doctors or nurses but this hospital gouges the insurance companies to no end. I had my gallbladder removed. Didn't even stay at the hospital was in and out the same morning and they charged the insurance company $167,000. Now you know why insurance premiums are so high.
Had my baby July 27 which they said was the busiest delivery weekend since they opened and you would never know it. Staff was warm, friendly and never waited for anything. Head nurse of every shift introduced themselves and made sure I was taken care of. I can't remember her name but the woman who helped with my nursing questions was awesome and so helpful. This experience made my last pregnancy and delivery very pleasant.Thank you to all the maternity ward staff
