Registers opened fast when lines long. Plumbing dept has exceptional service. I went to electrical dept and a employee of foreign decent was very condescending. Was going to give location a 1 star rating. Though, the other departments saved the day for this review. That said, if I return, and the employees in electrical department are rude again, will have no choice but to reduce the rating. Kudos to the cashiers and plumbing manager. Great job.
I would NOT recommend opening any accounts here. Contractor or not, this store hardly has any contractor-grade equipment, don't wast your time with the Graco Sprayers. The Lowe's web site is antiquated, will only display bought items if you used a MyRewards card when purchasing. Even with a Lowe's Credit Card they don't show up. If you don't have a MyRewards card you will have to add the purchases manually! HAHAHAH! Also, If you write a review that even remotely comes across as cynical they will not allow it. Want to be amazed? Look at the posting guidelines at Lowe's and tell me it's not up to some Dictator to approve it. Customer care won't even help with any online issues- they'll give you numbers to people who will. How lame is that? I don't work for Lowe's! Well Lowes, you get what you give. I'm cancelling my accounts here. Also, your install guys are horrible and don't have a clue what they're doing. I wrote a nicer review on their website but they wouldn't allow it.
Small Inventory - Horrible Corporate Care
I can always find what I need and the staff are always available to help. Specifically today a gentleman,Ed, helped me find a fan, took it to the front so I could finish shopping and even met me up there to carry to my truck. I had a cartload of mulch, plants etc and he loaded all that into the back of my truck He did all that though he was getting off work in 10 mins and had been there since 3am! There great service! Thank you!

Really impressed Loews really does give vets discount. And it's so easy my husband filled out a paper registered and showed his discharge paper. He is now registered in thier computer. When we make a purchase he tells the cashier and it pops up. A great class act. On the receipt a thank you for your military service is printed out after the discount. Really respectful. Thank you Loews
