Brooksville store I've had a account for over 3 years spent close to 10k with them for merchandise worth maybe 3k BUT i understand the work with people that dont have the best credit. After paying my account religiously 3+ years a family member passed which put me in financial ruins. They don't care basically F you pay me or give back the furniture...it didn't even last 2 years! When you're at the end of your rope and really don't care what happens MAYBE these people should think before knocking on my door to attempt to collect a debt. IM VERY CLOSE TO LOSING IT! Badcock focus on hiring employees that dont sell drugs during deliveries the 2 delivery guys the only blacks working at the locally owned store if that gives you an idea of the backwoods mentality they have. Steve dont make the mistake of putting the straw on my back I WILL BREAK you have already ripped me off enough BE CAREFUL 0 to 100 real quick!
If your not going to furnish your entire house the staff came across as not really wanting to help you that much. I know it's commission but if you're nice to everyone even for the slightest thing word travels and you may even have a return customer. This is as much word as I feel should travel.
The owner told me I modified my bed frame bc the foot board fell off. I am still paying on a mattress and box spring (under warranty) the box spring breaks and she tells me that before she can repace my box spring I need to pay another $99. (My last payment is due this month). I aint giving them another dime. Before the warranty on my frame was up I told them about the leg of my bed breaking off and nothing was ever done about it other then pictures taken. Nope I will never go back there till under new management. Because I feel they don't care about their customers.
