Store Manager Stephanie did a phenomenal job assisting us finding a toy for our child that was tough to find. Stephanie was very resourceful and found us a solution. Stephanie has always been very professional and helpful when assistance has been needed. She is a great asset to this store and a big reason why we return. Sales staff also very helpful and patient even during the Christmas rush. A great place to shop.
For a department store this place is clean and has lots of bargains on clothing and different types of jewelry. Pleasant shopping not busy most of the time here normally around the holidays you see a increase in longer waiting to checkout. Convenient location right off the Suncoast. Most of the staff are friendly some aren't where they made a big deal about applying a coupon from the counter when it wouldn't work in the store. Other than that this store is decent and you'll find some great bargains. .
I have had several okay experiences at Kohl's. However their prices are inflated beyond belief and then they use marketing techniques such as deep Discount sales like 50% off or earn Kohl's cash to try and manipulate customers into buying. Now I normally don't hold that against them because it's just another way of operating a retail store. I will say though I went there to purchase an item that I specifically called ahead for on Black Friday and made sure that they had it. Then play on the phone mentioned that they did did not mention any sort of shortage on the item so I drove over and in that 10-minute Drive they apparently had sold out. The employee at the store didn't even seem to care that I was told incorrect information or was misled. I went to Target instead and was able to get the item that I wanted. I am deeply disappointed with the customer service experience that I had today at Kohl's.
Kohl 1293 Brooksville Store has a customer service person by the name of Rebekah who went out of her way to solve the problem with my order. She listened, tried to solve the problem in store and then talked to the vendors who were delivering my order. Rebekah was able to to get all but one item redirected from a prior address to Brooksville, FL and gave me a resolution for the one item. Way to go Rebekah.....
Clay and Rebecca were so nice. Very professional and helpful. They helped me to find the right gift for a family member that was difficult to buy for. Great sales floor representatives.
