Dr issa an his staff are amazing. I highly recommend this office to anyone who wants excellent service and treatment. They are very patient , sing songs, and keep the appointment as fun as possible. My child was scared of the dentist now he enjoys going.
I recently brought my 5 year old daughter in when she was having pain in a tooth that she previously had a crown put on by another dentist. She was extremely nervous before going in to see the doctor. Dr. Issa and his staff were EXTREMELY friendly and made my daughter very comfortable. My daughter was in and out in no time! They removed the baby tooth and crown, and she never even cried!! Having gone to another pediatric dentist before this, I HIGHLY recommend The Dentist place for Kids. Staff was amazing, Dr. is Amazing. I'm very pleased!!!
This place is a rip off. Do not go there. They charged us over $200 for taking 2 xrays and a visit with the doc with my son. Even though they clearing offer a special of $59. We didn't even clean his teeth. The women at the front counter was nasty and rude. She should not work in that type of business. Very unprofessional. I called them to dispute the amount of the bill and all I got from them was "well, that is what the charges are".
Dr. Issa has so much patience for his patients. He sings to them, will play their favorite movie or music when doing treatment. Dr Issa and His team plays Trivia games with the kids to keep their mind off the treatment at hand. Clean office and Friendly team members. The girls up front helped me understand my insurance and were efficient in answering any questions I had. Thank you Dentist place for kids! I will definitely refer this office to my Family and friends.
I cannot speak for the dentist himself because I did not make it that far. Why would a pediatric dentist have a policy that would not allow parents in the room? When I made an appointment I asked if I could be in the room with my kids the whole time, and I was told that I could be. When we were called in I was told I had to wait in the waiting room. I said that I would not have made the appointment if I knew that. Told them I would be in the room with my kids,(ages 2 and 5) or I was leaving. There was no negotiation on this so I left. I took a day off work and kept my kids out of school and daycare for the day for nothing.
