From the moment I got there, I was given great customer service and reassurance of quality work. I told them about my initial problem (the alternator) and asked if they could check another issue (my automatic sliding door). They not only replaced the alternator, they even fixed the door and had the vehicle ready for me in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend giving them a chance to show you how great they are. Especially, for someone that's been through a bad experience at another repair shop. These guys will restore your faith!

K&J went above and beyond taking care of my vehicle. Added the basic wash and detail to my oil change for under $20 was well worth it! Haven't seen the Jeep this well cleaned for a long time. I could go on and on about my experiences with other repair shops in the area but I'd rather just tell you that I've finally found a place I can trust, has better customer service, has better pricing than anyone and service above all others.
