Bruce and the team did a great job. Quoted and completed the job on my wife's AC for her vehicle exactly as quoted, and ahead of my expected completion time-frame. It's great to do business with people who do as they say. Her AC works great, she says better than ever! I cannot attest to that but only to the fact she says it works great, and most of all shes happy...
The owner is a jerk, writes up fake work orders, then turns the false reports into car fax. Then when you call the owner to get the false report removed, he tries to make you pay to get the fake work order pulled. This Guys is a low life.
I went here for a second opinion on the ac in my truck and I'm thankful I did. They where honest and really wanted to get everything fixed for me the right way. The previous business told me there was a handful of things wrong with it. But I brought it here and it ended up being a little fried wire. This place was very professional and trust worthy! I would definitely recommend this business to anyone!
We took our son's Jeep Patriot to TWO local Jeep dealers for inspections and a leak in the A/C line. They ran dye through the line and did all the diagnostics available but could not fix it. As we were driving back and forth I spotted Ice Cold Air on 50 and said "if this dealer can't find it, I'm stopping in this place next". I'm so glad I did. I read up on Bruce and Ice Cold Air here on Google and gave him a call to explain the situation. We dropped the car off and Bruce not only found the leak but explained why it was undetectable. You have to get your hands in there sometimes and you only know that by having years of experience and the desire to do it. He absolutely nailed it and kept the price very affordable as we had already spent a bunch. He understood and worked with us. It is rare I write reviews but Bruce deserves this one and the commendation. Superb work and we will be back for more. It is rare to find someone who does what is best for all involved, not just themselves. It is smart business and he earned mine and our family's. Thanks Bruce!
