A car I rented ended up getting a flat tire while I was driving. While Enterprise Corporate Emergency Services and AAA that they partner with totally dropped the ball, the people at this facility went the extra mile to make sure that I was treated with kindness and professionally.
To start with they (Enterprise) had the wrong vehicle when I arrived to pick up the rental. I was going to be traveling with a thirteen year old Samoyed dog and needed an area large enough for him to be able to stretch out comfortably. I specifically requested a Dodge Caravan because the seats fold into the floor and would be perfect for my needs. When they learned the reason for my request they made arrangements to get me the vehicle I ordered in the first place. I had to wait 4.5 hours to get the vehicle I requested but at least they went the extra mile to accommodate my needs once they found out why I needed it. It is nice to know they are dog lovers too. Lesson to me; explain my needs up front so they might have the right vehicle when I arrive. Lesson to them; try to get what people ask for so they don't waste your time explaining why they need what they ask for.
I use this enterprise at least once a month. They're always so helpful and go out of there way to accommodate me regarding my vehicle request. I have a preference. Always extremely courtesous. I highly recommend them!
This Enterprise location is very customer oriented. They did everything possible to make the transaction a positive experience. Our commercial van was clean and I was instructed how to use all the features. I would not hesitate to rent from this location in the future.
Arrive to pick up my car, and the office was extremely busy. Even though they were so busy they did not ignore me, acknowledging that I was there. Rented me the vehicle, and I was extremely happy with it! Office staff were really nice, and very professional. Will definitely do business there again.
