It was the most pleasant buying experience I have ever had. in the purchase of a vehicle. I own a Pest Control business and have purchased dozens of cars and trucks over the years and have never felt this good about the place I was dealing with. John, my sales guy took me through the dealership and introduced me to everyone we passed from the department managers to the mechanics and cashiers and all greeted me with a Smile and handshake and introduced themselves by name and used my name in greeting me and welcoming me to the Rick Matthews family.
Mr. Matthews should be very proud of his entire staff and the way they do business. Other dealerships could learn a lot from him and his staff.

I have been coming to Rick Matthews for almost 11 years now , and I am still impressed with them, the same way I was the 1st time I visited. The service department is always friendly , and honest with what I need fixed. As a women that is very important, sometimes we can be miss lead because we don't understand the car lingo. I have had Donnie Pelham as my service writer for all 11 years and I can not say enough positive things about him. He always calls me even after hours , stays late when I need to pick up my car after work, always talks about my issues and makes sure I feel comfortable with what needs to be done to my car, the work is always done as fast as they can , and i was feel like the number one customer. I enjoy there sales department, I have bought a few cars over the 11 years and I always find a friendly familiar face. I love that Rick Matthews has the same staff they did 11 years ago. It brings a family, feel when you can always see someone you know. Its great to be able to build a relationship with people , where they know you know and you feel welcome. I will always bring my cars to Rick Matthews.
Very happy with the sales team there. They are not pushy or aggressive, and found us the best deal twice in the last 5 months. We drive an hour and a half from our home to get to their dealership, that should say it all! Ask for Tony! !!
