We didn't stop at just buying one car over the years, we have purchased at least 4 over the past two and half years from the same dealership and the same salesperson, John Hurst. They take pride in helping you get the car you want. Everyone from the finance department to the service department go out of their way to help you out! They are always there to help you in anyway they can to make your visit memorable. Our visits are always A+. We have recommended Crystal Dodge of Brooksville to many of our friends and they have purchased their cars from them too. Their comments are: they aren't pressured, they are friendly, and John Hurst is there to help in anyway he can. Their experiences with Crystal were wonderful too! I'm in love with my new 2017 Grand Cherokee Altitude. Bill K. was so patient when dealing with me (which is not easy). He kept in constant contact with me during the week. I had very specific needs and wants and ALL of them were met. I feel as though I received a phenomenal deal. And I can't say enough about Ron!
