We usually see Dr Karen Zimmerman. She is wonderful and caring. Always gives price ahead of time and discusses options. The staff is always friendly and accommodating.
I don't have enough words to express how awesome this place is. Dr Taylor Sorensen is one of the most caring and knowledgeable Vets I've dealt with. While we went there several times for routine stuff it wasn't until Feb and March that I realized how truly awesome this place is. My 6 year old dog had two surgeries within a week. Dr Taylor Sorensen went above and beyond to make sure everything was being done for Sparky. Since that time Sparky has endured some other problems and again Dr Taylor Sorensen has been remarkable. I have never once been told they couldn't see Sparky and they've always gone that extra mile. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. I can't say enough how much I appreciate Dr Taylor Sorensen, her clinic and staff. Sparky is more than a pet he's part of my family. He saved my life in many ways after losing my a husband a couple years ago and I believe the care Sparky has received and continues to receive is second to none. Saying thanks doesn't seem like enough but from the bottom of my heart I thank you Dr Taylor Sorensen and your staff. You all rock!!
Great place! Super nice staff and Doctor. Never been there before, and the squeezed me in on a Saturday for an emergency super fast. Very reasonable price for surgery on my dog. Would highly recommend them and will take all my animals there from now on.
I can't say enough good things about this Vet clinic. Both Dr. Zimmerman and Dr. Taylor-Sorensen are outstanding in many ways - in addressing the health of the pet and dealing with their human companions. Additionally, the staff is excellent. They are polite, compassionate and well schooled in vet medicine. All of them go the extra mile to take care of the client.
Had our doberman puppy's ears cropped. Dr. Taylor-Sorrenson did an excellent job. Had to go back in a few times for help with posting and taping, they always fit us the day we called. Staff is very friendly to myself, our kids, and our pup!
