I really, really liked having my things there for over 2 years because of one reason. The managers name is Nancy and she is simply the BOMB! Kind, professional, courteous, super helpful. She treated me with real respect and I felt she is very trustworthy. I would definetly recomend American First to my friends and family because of Nancy. She did every single thing she could to help me. Time and time again. She is the only reason I would use this place again. She cares about her proffesion, she cares about the people who are looking to keep their things safe.
I have been with this company for 8 years now and they are fantastic. The rates have stayed the same since day one for me and there has been a couple times that there was an issue with my payment and instead of kicking me out or pad locking my units, she contacted me and let me know that there was an issue and let me correct it so that any of that stuff didn't happen. Nancy takes such pride in her job I thought up until last year that her and her husband were actually the owners. When I first had to store my things I was VERY upset because I was going through a bad break up and was just devastated at the whole situation and Nancy helped me right through the process and was very caring and willing to help me any way she could and very understanding...:) I have recommended 2 other people to them also and they both were very happy as well. Friendly faces + Great low rates = Happy Customers...LOL
I would highly recommend this storage facility. It is clean and well-maintained and at reasonable prices. I just received my contents from my unit after 11 years. Throughout that time Nancy was an enormous help.
