Before anything else, remember that this is a trailer park. It may not be the highest quality of living but it is good for lower-incoming households. On sight bathhouse is good for showers and laundry, even real toliets. None of the neighbors are ever too loud outside of a few kids playing once every blue moon. Someone doesn't pick up after their dog, but staff cleaned it up and will likely test it to find the owner. People are mostly kind. No obvious drug use outside of cigs
