Our salesman and project manager was Todd. He was very honest and helpful as he explained the warranty and different material options. His suggestions of colors to match our paint was excellent. He arranged to have the job done while we were away so we did not have to put up with the noise and mess. We came home and had a beautiful new roof. We could not be more pleased. Alan's had also done the roof for our church and we had the same high trust and satisfaction with their performance on that job.
Our initial experience with the salesman Cory was what sold me. He walked the roof when other salesmen did not. He pointed out our problems. One company just gave me a quote without even seeing the house. Cory was professional with the contract signing and helping with choosing the color of shingles I needed. The crew arrived the day planned and was all I hoped for. It was 4 men, and the man in charge was exceptional. All new shingles were installed, and the damage pointed out by Cory was addressed. The crew was friendly and didn't mind my questions as they worked. It's been a few months and heavy rains have hit hard. No issues. I recommend Alan's Roofing.

We asked for a schedule that would work with our commitments and they more than obliged with that time frame. STARTING AT THE BEGINNING, TODD ARRIVED SAT DOWN ASKED WHAT WE NEEDED HELPED US TO MAKE A CHOICE ABOUT THE COLOR AND WHEN THE ROOF WOULD BE DONE. WE GOT A CALL THAT THE MATERIAL WOLD BE DELIVERED AND THEY WENT THE EXTRA TO MAKE SURE THE DRIVEWAY WAS COVERED AND THAT PLYWOOD WAS DOWN SO THE TRUCK WOULD NOT DAMAGE THE PAVERS.. THE ROOFING CREW ARRIVED AND TOOK THE SAME CARE.THEY DID A GREAT JOB. WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED THEY CLEANED THE WHOLE PROPERTY. MADE SURE THAT WE WERE SATISFIED. GREAT JOB
