I own 2 Etsy shops and I mailed an order out to someone in Texas. This order went to this post office and sayed there!!! So the tracking says. Good luck in trying to get ahold of someone there, no one answers the phone. Now I'm out a ton of money and have to remake this order for this customer. Worst experience I've ever had! Praying that this next order does not go back to this post office!
If you are having a bad day, you are not in the mood to wait in line any where..... at least God allowed you to wake up on this day!
Each time I have ever been at this branch, the staff have been very nice to me. My daughter worked for the post office until she retired. Their job isn't a picnic! Long hours, working with the public is not an easy thing either! I did it for over 30 years!
Incompitent from Supervisor to driver!! Signed orange notice to leave at my address for next day delivery and she replies "must be present to sign" when I checked box 2, 3 and 4. N/M its her fault because she ASSumes that I'm not home because my vehicle isnt here, she doesnt bother coming to the door, simply lazy.
Worse ever! Dont recieve mail. Mail is stolen. And packaged items are thrown and stuffed in mail box. They never come to the house to drop packages off so then they get stolen. Ive recieved other peoples mail as well as my neighbors and who knows who else is recieving mine. I spend alot of money online and never get what i ordered. Fix this crap or ill own springhill\brooksvilles post office threw lawsuits. Do your damn job and make sure we recieve. And stop damaging our mail. Christ sake. Packages come to door not shoved in mail box or put on ground near mail box. Obviously you need rehires and new employies that dont steal for themselves. Just if your wondering i live on california street and you are now on camera and im not putting a damn camera sign so you know not to do it. Ima catch you and the crooks.
