We moved here from Ohio in September and my wife went to get her Florida drivers license and was told her Ohio license was suspended. She asked why and was told she had a red light camera violation in April. After further findings we found out that the notice was sent to an address in Ohio that has been vacant since 2012 and because of the time frame the find would be almost doubled and when we went to pay the fine the clerk told us that the incorrect driver's license number was on the citation. It was not my wife's number. We paid the fine and I later called the police department and I talked to an officer or an idiot. Not sure which one. When I asked why it was sent to an address that has been vacant for 2 years he said that's the address you gave me. I said why would we give you an address that we knew was vacant. He said "you paid the fine and you admitted guilt. End of story". As far as i'm concerned the red light cameras are a joke and so are the people that administer them, End of story!

Wasn't Captain Hankins arrested and was still allowed to preform his duties after Chief Turner attempted to delay the arrest warrant
