This company is the best! We used them to reset our two toilets. The gentleman, that came out, was really nice and very knowledgeable. He started to work right away, and finished in a timely manner. I cannot remember the gentleman's name, but he was awesome. We will be using Billy Sunshine Plumber, for all our plumbing needs.
I had an emergency, water leak. They immediately dispatched a technician who found and repaired the leak within an hour. Just amazing, as I had significant water damage and the tech determined the origin in minutes even though it was in the ceiling. I can't say enough about Shawn the tech. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you BTSSP!!
I had my bathroom refinished but had a water leak coming from the shower pipe. John did a fantastic job and performed nothing short of a miracle! He went the extra mile to dig out the shower cartridges and I feel real bad that he broke a few tools in the process. Highly recommend John and this company, you won't regret it.
I was charged twice for one job. All thanks to Jeff!! I faucet was leaking he looked the situation over ..touched something which fell apart. Said needed a new faucet ..or "maybe" parts might work. I told him I would get a new unit..but he came back with parts that didn't work and faucet leaked worse . He said he would be back in the morning. Finally showed up at 6:00 PM. Brought his muddy boots & attire into my home ..did nothing good just left a filthy mess..never even cleaned around the taps. I had called the office from morning always no answer until about 11:00 AM. They said they would get a message to him...no calls.. I called the office again reached man named John..I told him I wanted a different plumber. He said he would be over in the morning to install the new unit,
I have used this company in the past to install a hot water heater and was very pleased with there service and price. I had a leak in the floor of my house and decided to repipe all the copper piping. Thanks to Jeff , Dan, and Nick that came out and did a wonderful job. They were very professional and worked hard at getting the problem resolved. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any plumbing done. THANKS GUY'S

Which he did ..said he had to charge me again..per " Mr. Big-Boss." I called Mr. BB ..I told him the situation..also the fact that his office staff wasn't there until ..11:00 AM..He loudly repeated what I said..mocking me!!
