The worker was uptight, but on top of all of the paperwork. The way he works with his customers seems like he's trying to shape them into responsible humans. After he chilled, he was courteous and answered our questions very well. The truck and moving supplies worked well for moving a washer and dryer 120 miles and up 3 flights of stairs.
