This attorney has no candor at all. He takes on clients that are trying to steal money from buyers. We have a bill of sale for 2.5 acres and given the seller 20,000 with the promise of giving her 4 more thousand over the next 5 years. Now they are trying to evict us of the property and steal our land with out paying us back
Paul has handled our estate planning and candidly has done an excellent job. Very straightforward, to the point, spot on correct with everything he's done for us. He's saves us money and I believe put us in a better position than we'd be in had we listened to many others offering standard advice. This office is unprofessional, nasty and down right rude!! You will NEVER get Mr. Nessler in the phone to discuss anything, only a secretary who gives out her version of legal direction. They are condescending and when asked to correct clear mistakes on legal paperwork they say it's not a mistake. Really? My name is spelled wrong in several places, how is this not a mistake? They also set up a power of attorney for my mother naming me but guess what? Because they didn't want to acknowledge they made mistakes and didn't want to fix them, they decided that they would not abide by the POA my mother gave me and demanded the she be the only one to call. Again, really? What is the point of the POA then? now the office just immediately hangs up on me if I call, so now I guess I have to get another lawyer to make this incompetent lawyer do his job we already paid him for.
