We are snowbirds and have been coming to the Cortez location for 4 seasons.....Today we got harassed by Barbara.....took our license Plate number .....she was watching on surveillance cameras and demanded to know what I was doing with my phone around her machines....Apparently the place had been robbed recently.....We have spent a lot of money here in the past, but will not return....She worries about losing money, but has no problem offending good customers...we have a lot of friends that do their laundry here....we are going to pass the word around......DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!!
there is ants running around. there's homeless hanging around. to expensive. the money exchange is on a big lock down.there's nothing on the vending machines. it's dirty. in the bathroom there's no soap or towel.
This is an older laundromat, but the machines worked and the dryers were hot, fairly clean. Four folding station and two coin machines, also soap center for anything you forgot. The large washers and dryers are new and worked well.
Very clean, very nice, moderately cheap
