My friend is surprising his wife of 14 years with another proposal and asking her to marry him all over again. However, the ring was pretty hard to track down and have resized in order to meet with the date. One of your Kay Jewelry Consultants went out of her way to make sure my friend had his ring to give to his wife at their anniversary dinner. You have most definitely stepped up to high class in my book Kay Jewelers!! Keep up the great customer service!!! Hope i get to meet those two young ladies who helped my friend out **hugs** thanks ladies!!
Received a bridal set on Friday. Took the ring into the store that following Sunday to get the prongs fixed because they were to long and a safety issue. I was told I would have to pay a charge to have it fixed because I did not have the extended warranty on it. Hmmm I just received it Friday. It’s under warranty. I also informed them that their website stated If you’re not happy, we’re not happy and we will make it right. Well that concept didn’t apply to this store. So instead of waving the $30+ fee to fix the prongs they gave me a full refund per my request. Bad business practice on their part and also loosing a customer.
My friend went there to buy an anniversary ring and they said that it won't arrived on time for their anniversary, so the workers went out of their way just to pick up the ring from another store and they got the ring on time of my friend's anniversary. Great customer service!
Worst experience ever at any jewelry store. Definitely won't co back.
