Kim was fabulous! We had seen one poor review online, but decided to meet with her anyway. When we walked into the shop, we found letters from many happy customers. We told Kim our budget and what we needed. She offered great suggestions and was affordable. She is so easy to work with. The wedding was April 15th and everyone complimented the flowers. She designed the bridal bouquet even more beautiful than we imagined. We promised we would write about our experience. If you want to work with someone who is professional and personable, call allens... you won't be disappointed!
Do not get your wedding flowers here!! I went over numerous times with Kim what we wanted for flowers and even sent her pictures. The flowers were nothing like what we wanted and looked nothing like the pictures I sent her. I called her after she dropped the flowers off asking her to come back and fix the table flowers since they were nothing like what I wanted and she claimed she couldn't because she didn't have anymore flowers to add to them to fix them. We had to get flowers from another florist to fix the tables 2 hours before my ceremony. When speaking to her after the wedding she refused to make things right and give me some sort of refund. She almost ruined my wedding and did nothing to try to fix it! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Avoid the headache and heartache of going here!!
