Cortez Community Bank is the BEST bank I have EVER dealt with. They are professional and always willing to help you. They are quick to assist and always easy to get along with. I highly recommend this bank and would never bank anywhere else.

The woman Debra at the counter is rude and when you work in a job like this you have to be polite, if your old and cannot handle your job anymore than its time to retire! We walked in to cash a large check and she acted like we were criminals or trash! Worst customer service I've ever had from a bank!!
